Annual Servicing & Maintenance

County Net Electrical introduced the fully compliant Critical Care Failsafe X-Ray Warning Light System.

With the changes introduced to the HSE Instruction on IRR17 (April 2022) compliance for fail safe warning lights used with all X-Ray modalities.

Working in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive and a leading Radiation Protection Advisor, we have designed a system that covers all legislation, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best, focusing on patient care.

This is the only system with an automated built-in redundancy. Should the primary driver fail for the emergency light, the system will automatically switch over to the secondary driver. This will allow you to seamlessly continue using your X-Ray system, with no down time to the care of your patients.

Veterinary Electrical

We offer something a bit different for the veterinary sector.

We have designed a failsafe warning light and emergency stop system for one of our larger customers. This was to ensure their X-Ray Suites comply with the IRR17 regulations.

We also offer X-Ray equipment installation and removals & recycling.

Having worked in these environments for years now, we understand the difficult and demanding practice environments can be. Our friendly engineers are well versed with working with staff and operators to ensure minimal disruption.

There are 2 options for the Critical Care Failsafe.

If you have one X-ray modality in the room, then the single system option is perfect for this. Should you have an abdominal and dental generator in the same room, we have the dual system option to suit this. This system has a built-in changeover switch to ensure that only one generator can be used at a time, keeping this fully compliant with the RPA and HSE guidelines.

Should the room in which the generator is located have multiple entrances, the standard system can function with up to 4 warning lights/entrances. There is of course the option, with a slight change to the internals, for the system to cope with any number of warning lights/entrances.

This is one area that sets our Critical Care Failsafe system apart from other systems where multiple entrances are used, negating the need for multiple expensive stand

alone lights, keeping costs manageable.

We have a full project management option, allowing us to either work with your existing contractors, or provide a full installation service.

Upon completion of installation, our engineer will run through the operation of the system with your staff, to ensure the seamless understanding of its use, also leaving a printed “How to Guide” to be displayed in practice or to be used for future staff training.

County Net will also provide you with a system sign off sheet, detailing the system that has been installed with images of all components in situ. This document can be shared with your RPA, and stored in your RPS folder for any future RPA, RCVS or Practice Standards Inspections.

The system will require to be serviced on an annual basis. This will be completed by a CountyNet fully qualified electrician, with documentation and sign off of the service sent to the practice after the visit.

The system itself comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer failure, again inclusive of call out fee.

The warranty on the system can be extended covering for all future callouts. Ask one of our team today about this option.
